Summary:  Choleast is a great, natural product for individuals wishing to support normal blood cholesterol.  Because using long-term cholesterol-lowering medication can decrease certain nutrients needed in the body, Choleast may be a more optimal product to start with when blood cholesterol start to be elevated.  It’s most active ingredient, red yeast rice, has been shown to support healthy blood fat metabolism and decrease LDL cholesterol.  Individuals can take two to four capsules, twice daily.
